So Apple went ahead and released their new Apple vs PC commercial. As usual, this one was less than spectacular:
First, let's check out the claims.
PCs have small screens
PCs have slow processors
PCs are all prone to crashing and virus infections
Apple, you can't be serious, can you? Seriously, all the genius Apple marketers could do was copy one of Microsoft's "Laptop Hunter" commercials, claiming the same claims, but about the other product.
Check it out, right in the beginning of Microsoft's ad. The lady ditches Apple because of the, guess what, small screens and slow processors:
In short, here are the two versions:
Microsoft:
"This is Shiela. She told us she wanted a laptop with a fast processor, big screen . . ."
Apple:
"So what do you want?"
"Well, I want a computer with a big screen. . ."
"What else"
"Well, I want it to have a fast processor . . ."
So, Apple, all you could do was make the same claims as Microsoft, like some little kid he said she said crap.
